We deal in digital services. OnlineDukaan.co has a NO REFUND policy once you purchase our subion plans. All sales are final. There are no refunds.

Purchaser is solely responsible for:

·         Choices made regarding the subion plan purchased.

·         Not allowing children or other unauthorized family members or friends to access your credit cards or your account at the payment site to ensure that no one pays for a purchase without your express permission.

REFUNDS

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subion basis ("Subion(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subion will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or OnlineDukaan.co cancels it. You may cancel your Subion renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting OnlineDukaan.co customer support team.

A valid payment method, including credit card or Google Pay, is required to process the payment for your Subion. You shall provide OnlineDukaan.co with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize OnlineDukaan.co to charge all Subion fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, OnlineDukaan.co will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

FEE CHANGES

OnlineDukaan.co, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subion fees for the Subions. Any Subion fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

OnlineDukaan.co will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subion fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subion before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subion fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subion fee amount.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

GIFTS

As of now, we don't have any feature of gifting or promo codes.

DOUBLE PURCHASE

In case of double payment, due to any reason, you will get your 100% money back. Usually, our system automatically detects such transactions and refunds them. But if due to any reason mentioned actions are not triggered, please us out at [email protected].

We keep our pricing very transparent and honest.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle and you will not be charged again.
